Job Description

<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>Vedhan Infotech is looking for a dynamic and experienced <strong>Senior HR Manager</strong> to lead our Human Resources function across talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. You will be a strategic partner to leadership and play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture.</p>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles — from job briefing to onboarding</li>
<li>Design and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks in line with Indian labor laws</li>
<li>Drive performance management cycles including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals</li>
<li>Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention strategies</li>
<li>Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management in partnership with Finance</li>
<li>Handle grievance management and disciplinary procedures with empathy and fairness</li>
<li>Oversee L&D programs: identify training needs, source vendors, and measure effectiveness</li>
<li>Maintain and report HR metrics (attrition rate, time-to-hire, engagement scores) to senior leadership</li>
<li>Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization</li>
<li>Partner with department heads on workforce planning and organizational restructuring</li>
</ul>

Requirements

• 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act)
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (Zoho People, Darwinbox, or similar)
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent HR certification is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel for HR data analysis and reporting
