<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>We are seeking a talented and motivated <strong>Full Stack Developer</strong> to join our engineering team at Vedhan Infotech. You will work on building and scaling our flagship HR SaaS platform — VedhanHR — as well as custom enterprise solutions for clients across multiple industries. This is a hybrid role based in Pune with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.</p>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js / PHP (backend)</li>
<li>Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (payment gateways, SMS/email APIs, OAuth providers)</li>
<li>Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces using Tailwind CSS</li>
<li>Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following SOLID principles</li>
<li>Optimize application performance — database query tuning, caching strategies (Redis), and CDN integration</li>
<li>Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, and retrospectives</li>
<li>Contribute to DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), Docker containerization, and cloud deployments (AWS / Hostinger)</li>
<li>Identify and resolve production bugs with urgency and root-cause analysis</li>
<li>Mentor junior developers and review pull requests for code quality</li>
<li>Collaborate with the product team to translate business requirements into technical specifications</li>
